Following the responsible gaming policies on our platform is mandatory for every member. We want to make sure you never find yourself in a situation where gaming has a negative impact on your life. That is why we have prepared various protective tools and support services.
The important thing is — if gaming ever becomes a source of stress rather than entertainment, contact our 24/7 live chat support. We are always ready to assist you in Bengali.
ab999b is for players aged 21 and above only. If you are under 21, please do not register on this platform. Age verification is a mandatory part of our account registration process.

Age Verification and Protection for Minors
Under ab999b policy, only players aged 21 and above may open an account and play on this platform. Age verification is a mandatory step during account registration.
We reserve the right to verify government-issued identification (national ID, passport, or driving licence) from our members. If there is any suspicion that an account is being operated by someone under 21, it will be suspended immediately.
If there is anyone under 18 or 21 in your home, use password protection and parental controls on your device. This will prevent them from accessing online gaming platforms.

Deposit Limits and Financial Control
Financial Limit Details
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawal time: just 5-30 minutes
- Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank Transfer
At ab999b, we give you the opportunity to set your own financial limits. You can cap the maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once set, lowering a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing it takes some time.
This delay is intentional — it protects you from changing your mind in the heat of the moment. This kind of "cooling-off" period is highly effective for responsible gaming.
To set a deposit limit, go to your account settings or tell us directly via our 24/7 live chat support. We will fulfil your request right away.
